It was overcast in district six. The sun streamed through openings in the clouds, most of the district was silent. Their victor had come home, and so had their loser. It had been just a few days afterwards and Annabelle’s funeral just couldn’t wait any longer. The chapel was opened for anyone to come inside, anyone who wanted to wish their best for the girl who lost her life—the girl who had given it up for a man she coveted.
As of this morning’s episode, I think I’ve been able to piece together what happened 42 years prior to the events of The Legend of Korra.
